All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and are shipped using USPS or FedEx. Depending on the shipping service chosen, shipping time will be an additional 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please do the following within 36 hours of expected, stated delivery:
-Verify the shipping address on the order is where you have been looking for the package. -Look for a notice of attempted delivery. -Look around the delivery location for your package. -Check if someone else such as a neighbor or co-worker has accepted the delivery.
(Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail or packages.)
If the package can still not be located after following these steps, please contact the shipment carrier.
Our warranty policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase/repair, unfortunately we cannot offer you any warranty services. However, additional service after the warranty period may be discounted.
To be eligible for warranty, your product/repair must be untampered and in the same condition that you received it. It must have the original warranty label affixed and proof of purchase, or a receipt must be provided. Warranty claims not meeting these requirements will be denied.
